Krungsri (Bank of Ayudhya PCL) reminds customers to plan financial transactions and reserve cash in advance as the Bank will temporarily close all service channels to upgrade the system and enhance service efficiency from Friday, 17th September 2021, at 23:50 hrs. onwards, and will resume as normal on Saturday, 18th September 2021 at 21:00 hrs. Services at branches and exchange booths will resume at the normal schedule on Sunday, 19th September 2021 (for branches opening every day), or on Monday, 20th September 2021 (for branches opening 5-6 days/week).

- Digital channels for both retail and corporate customers

For those customers who set recurring and scheduled payments (scheduled transfer / bill payment)or automatic direct debit payments on 18 September 2021, the Bank will complete the transactions within the day.
