The Coffee Academics promotes vegetarian and eco-friendly lifestyle during Thailand Vegetarian Festival

Held annually in late September-October, Vegetarian festival in Thailand, celebrated by the Chinese-Thai community, is seeing an uptick in participation among passionate vegetarians and vegans and offers a potent opportunity to promote an eco-friendly lifestyle that participants can go meat-free for at least 9 days. The Thai vegetarian festival is celebrated nationwide to preserve cultural heritage.

Grab your favorite coffee and don't forget to try our delectable meatless menu options, available from October 1-31, 2021, like vegan "poke" bowl, filled with quinoa, purple sweet potato, brown rice, roasted pumpkin, carrot, cucumber, grilled okra, shitake mushroom and topped with sriracha vegan mayo dressing; vegan portobello Caesar salad, served with cos lettuce, portobello mushroom, quinoa, and fried tofu and topped with a vegan dressing; pulled pork burger, served with smoked jackfruit, coleslaw, carrot, red cabbage, homemade pickles, red onion, coriander, and Brioche bun; mango and avocado salsa taco, a 3 snack size taco with mango, avocado salsa, quinoa, seasonal greens and TCA dressing with prices starting from 160-340 baht.
