His edible works of art consist of "cruffin" which is hybrid of croissant and muffin with different toppings; Strawberry Sesame, Pistachio Cream Cheese, Cinnamon Sugar, Chocolate Hazelnut Rocher.
Chef AJ also brings his A-game to cake creation. Simple yet sophisticated, chocolate cakes in the shape of vintage camera, signature purse, and boat, are Instagram-worthy pieces.
Chef AJ's wide collection are available on rotation at Chocolate Boutique.
Prices range from THB 110 nett to THB 200 nett.
About the Chef: Executive Pastry Chef Ajinkya Soundankar (AJ) is a new talent at Shangri-La Bangkok. He brings with him 16 years of extensive expertise in pastries and bakery from various Southeast Asia region. His passion is to have fun rolling in the Pastry Kitchen, whilst busily creating fantastic creations for our guests at Shangri-La Bangkok.
