The plant-based dishes include Breeze Cafe and Bar's Plant-Based Omni Crab Cake Avocado Salsa, made from imitation crab, Saeng Wa Plah Pla, loosely translates to seafood salad cooked with Thai herbs and chili paste, red onion, and lemongrass from Isan Jim Joom, Fried Plant-Based Omni Golden Fillet with Salt and Chili (crispy plant-based fish sauteed with chili and salt and garnished with durian flakes,) and Plant-Based Patty Teriyaki Sauce by Uwajima (grilled plant-based pork with teriyaki sauce.)
