Sing Your Favorite Thai Songs with Confidence with Spotify Lyrics and Sing-along Playlist

Gone are the days of singing the wrong words to your favorite songs! Spotify is empowering fans across Thailand to sing loudly along with their beloved homegrown artists with Lyrics and a revamped Sing-along ร้องเพลงฮิต playlist.

One of the most requested features by listeners worldwide, Lyrics allows music lovers to fully immerse themselves in songs, express their feelings with confidence, and connect even closer with their favorite artists. Lyrics also aims to bring listeners together to celebrate their favorite artists - whether singing aloud to the same song; sharing phrases to friends that represent their current mood or connecting with local fandoms.

As part of its continued support of local music and deepening fans' connection with homegrown artists, Spotify has also unveiled the refreshed "Sing-along ร้องเพลงฮิต" playlist, featuring a collection of local hit music that Thais can proudly sing along to, including เพื่อนเล่น ไม่เล่นเพื่อน (Just Being Friendly) by Tilly Birds ft. Milli, and อยากเริ่มต้นใหม่กับคนเดิม (repeat) by Ink Waruntorn. The revamp includes new photo covers of popular local artists The Toys, Singto Numchok and Morvasu, to further spotlight Thai talent on Spotify's global platform.

Complementing the refreshed playlist is the launch of Spotify's "Sing it Wrong" campaign: a fun and humorous video content series featuring the three featured artists singing and responding to misheard versions of their own songs - highlighting how Lyrics helps people sing along to their favorite tracks with ease and truly enjoy their listening experience.

Warm your hearts with the "Sing it Wrong" campaign videos, including The Toys' new take on ก่อนฤดูฝน, Singto Numchok with I Just Wanna Pen Fan You Dai Bor? (อ้ายจัสวอนน่าเป็นแฟนยูได้บ่?) and Morvasu playing Melbourne.

Here is how to easily use and share Spotify Lyrics:

  • Open the Spotify app on the mobile and play any song.
  • Swipe up from the bottom of the 'Now Playing View'. This will display the track's Lyrics that scroll in real time as the song is playing.
  • Click the "Share" button at the bottom of the Lyrics screen. Highlight the selected lyrics as well as which third-party social platform to share it to.
  • Voila! Lyrics are now shared on social media.
