Dr. Kongsak Yodmanee, Governor of the Sports Authority of Thailand, recently presided at the congratulatory party of the athletes, executives and coaches of Athletics Association of Thailand under the Royal Patronage led by their president, Pol. Gen. San Sarutanon, after come back to Thailand from their created 12 gold medals, 10 silver medals and 8 bronze medals from the 31st SEA Games in Vietnam at Grand Ballroom of the Emerald Hotel.
