It applies a sophisticated technique to shape circular croissants with a tree-ring pattern. The baked croissants have dense and chewy texture. Yet, they are crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. Being a perfect fit for your favorite coffee, these buttery, flaky croissants are available in three delectable flavors. 'Chocolate Timber Ring' is filled with rich dark chocolate and cream custard and topped with a crunchy chocolate cookie crumble. 'Vanilla Raspberry Timber Ring' is stuffed with the mildly sweet Madagascar vanilla custard, contrasting with intense refreshing raspberry confit, while freeze-dried raspberries on top adds crunchiness to the croissant. 'Pistachio Timber Ring' is filled with pure pistachio cream custard and sprinkled with pistachio bits.
