Ogilvy Thailand has welcomed 11 international students from Business Innovation & Marketing Department, Stenden University in the Netherlands which has a campus in Bangkok in partnership with Panyapiwat Institute of Management to learn from experts on the topics of branding, marketing, and communication that would create real impact for the people, the planet, and the performance.
The session, trained by Ogilvy Thailand's planning gurus, provided the specialist tips and tricks based on years of professional, hands-on experiences handling various local and international clients who operate in Thailand. The session offered the students a valuable chance to peer into real life challenges unwritten in any playbook - from how to come up with effective insights based on little resources available, the handy tools used by people in the industry, to the real factors that make a winning plan. The trainers used Reverse Teaching method to stimulate the students' interests and engagement - by showing them the successful end results of a campaign first and then taking them backwards along the execution, planning, through to insight finding phases. Each case study didn't just highlight the growth numbers but also the impact that the work had on the consumers and the community on top of brand and business performances.
