Mr. Prasong Poontaneat (center left), Independent Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Mr. Rathian Srimongkol (center right), President & Chief Executive Officer, "KTC" or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited along with company's Board of Directors, hosted the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting 2023 in the form of an E-Meeting. The meeting passed resolutions to approve a dividend payment for 2022 to shareholders at a rate of 1.15 baht per one ordinary share, or a total dividend payment of 2,965,084,181 baht which shall proceed on May 3, 2023, which accounted for 41.53 percent of net profit in 2022.
This online general shareholders' meeting collectively reduced a total of 110,641.59 kg CO2 in carbon footprint, equivalent to planting 12,294 large trees, as part of the "Care the Bear" project.
