At the event, executives from Generali Thailand, led by Ms. Saifon Khongjitngam, Chief Human Resource Officer of Generali Thailand, and Mr. Paisid Chiemchanya, Head of Corporate Strategy and Enablement, served as representatives to receive awards. These included the Gold Award for "Best Diversity and Inclusion Strategy," recognizing organizations that promote and create value for all differences while focusing on equality in every context; the Gold Award for "Best Remote Work Strategy," facilitating employees to work in a hybrid format, whether at work, home, or elsewhere; and the Silver Award for "Best ESG Programme," honoring organizations that integrate ESG concepts into business management, considering the importance of sustainable organizational development.
