GS Property Management Co.,Ltd. today announced a partnership with leading Hong Kong property developer Hongkong Land to re-furbish, lease and manage the company's Gaysorn retail centre in the Ratchaprasong retail and commercial district.
The partners will utilise Hongkong Land's experience with the world's leading fashion and accessory brands to create Bangkok's premier lifestyle centre. When Gaysorn re-opens early next year it is expected to house the flagship stores of most of the world's premier luxury brands including Luis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada Fendi, Celine, Christian Dior, and Loewe
The centre will also house many of Thailand's most popular contemporary fashion designers, stylish cafes and restaurants and home accessories stores such as Cocoon Design, Ayodya and Asian Motifs.

The exterior of the building will reflect a more modern outlook and will feature two-storey high visual presentations from primary retail tenants, while inside all store facades and signage will be given a new contemporary look and new floors, ceiling and lighting installed to create a light, airy feeling.
Gaysorn Plaza opened in December 1994 and has 12,600 square meters of retail space. The total cost of the re-furbishment is 300 million Baht.
