Bangkok--Nov 19--Siam Cement Group Mr. Somyod Tangmeelarp managing director of the Siam Refractory Industry Co., Ltd. in Siam Cement Group, and Mr. Ralph Wragge (3rd from left), the representative from Guardian Industries Corporation, one of the world largest float glass manufacturers, jointly inspected the 2,000 metric tons of refractory products to be shipped for the new float glass factory construction project in Poland. This marked the company's first advance into lucrative market. The Siam Refractory Industry Co., Ltd. (SRIC) is the largest refractory manufacturer in Southeast Asia, which has been awarded the ISO9002, ISO14001 and IEC GUIDE 25. The company is the major supplier of refractory products for use in many industries including cement, ceramic, glass, metal and non-serous. 70% of its production are sold in the domestic market while the remaining 30% are exported to more than 43 countries around the world.
