Bangkok--Jul 25--Tamnak Prathom Harp Centre
A very Harpy Happening indeed is being planned for Tuesday, August 2 when the Tamnak Prathom Harp Centre opens its Harp Shop and showroom at the Miracle Mall at the corner of Sukumvit Soi 41.
An array of harps of all make and sizes will be on offer, from the two-foot tall, 22-string folk harp to the Grand Concert Harp all resplendant in gold.Not only that, but the harps come in all colours since the Tamnak Prathom Harp Centre wants Thailand's first Harp Shop to be both colourful and fun! And have proper, practical harps as well!
On view for the whole of the opening month will be the 1916 gothic style Gold harp belonging to HRH Prince Chudadhuj Dharadilok, Thailand's first royal harpist.
It will be an Open Invitation with anyone interested invited to drop in from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Harp play time begins at 5 p.m.with resident harpists, Branka Pajovic and Ema Mitarai taking the field with invited harpists Irina Gunatilaka and Ms.Wang Tong Juan as well as the Centre's budding young student harpists.
