Cantonese Mooncakes are the most popular and delicious during the mid-autumn celebrations. Chinese Master Chef Wong Kam-Yau of The Conrad Hotel has delicately prepared Mooncakes using the highest quality ingredients and they are freshly baked daily from 1 August — 18 September 2005.
Five favorite flavors are offered: New Red Beans, Golden Custard, Green Tea Delight, Light Lotus Seeds and Classic Durian, all with egg yolk. Three sizes for selection : small — 50 g., medium — 90 g. and large — 170 g. Price ranges from Baht 88 to 396 per box.
