Sammitr Motors Group announces its success in manufacturing commercial transportation 6 wheels trucks which runs on 100% NGV gas. Manufacture from a well design engine that meets with international standard. The company aims to pilot the project for Siam Public Transportation Service. This one time investment will help transportation operators reduce fuel cost as well as help ease transportation burden on commuters.
Ms. Patcharin Posirisuk, Managing Director of .... Company Limited, a company which oversees the marketing of agricultural vehicles and NGV vehicles for Sammitr, said “In line with the government energy saving policy that encourages commercial transport vehicles to install NGV gas tank to ease high consumption of diesel oil, Sammitr Motor has introduce commercial public transportation trucks that will run on 100% NGV gas. The company is capable of manufacturing different variety of commercial truck models that run on 100% NGV gas, depending on the need of operators”.
“Initially, the company will focus on marketing the NGV gas vehicle for commercial public transportation truck and expects to be able to offer it to other private transportation operators who are looking to reduce fuel expense. This will help promotes NGV gas vehicle campaign and encourages the public to switch to NGV gas vehicles, as well as helps support the government’s energy saving policy due to high diesel price. Furthermore, this will also help reduce transportation burden on commuters, as transportation cost is expected to increase continuously”.
Ms. Patcharin added that “Sales are expected to increase along with the increase in demand for NGV gas vehicles. Most importantly, Sammitr Group will keep on developing NGV gas vehicles to better respond to the demand of NGV Gas vehicles in other segments”
