Bangkok--Aug 8--Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit
Milan: center of fashion, commerce, and some of the most exclusive fine-dining restaurants in Italy. Of these, one stands out above the rest. Offering elegant atmosphere, exemplary service, and innovative cuisine, Don Carlos Restaurant is packed every night with food-savvy diners.
At the center of it all is Chef Alfredo Russo, a Piedmont native known for his creativity and skill. Chef Alfredo’s food is rooted in traditional Italian cuisine, but he is a master at transforming and balancing ingredients in a modern, conceptual way. His “new Italian” dishes are made with the best possible products, which are prepared with a light hand—with very little butter and without heavy sauces—and they are as delicious as they are beautiful to look at.
The Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit is extremely pleased to welcome Chef Alfredo to Bangkok. From August 27 — September 3, he will be sharing his exciting approach to cooking during lunch and dinner at the award-winning Rossini’s. Don’t miss this extremely rare opportunity to sample this taste of modern, vibrant Milan. For reservations, please call 02 6498364.
