The partners are Ingram Micro (Thailand) Ltd, CallVoice Communications Co. Ltd, , Multimedia Technology Co. Ltd, Voxtron Co. Ltd and Softcontrol Co. Ltd.
Eicon has appointed Ingram Micro (Thailand) Ltd as its distributor. With this appointment, customers will benefit from improved product availability, easy warranty administration and local sales and marketing support.

CallVoice Communications Co. Ltd, that offers 1900 audio text, , Multimedia Technology Co. Ltd that offers video conferencing solution and Voxtron Co. Ltd, that offers call centers solutions, are all appointed as Eicon Networks Technology Partners (ETP). Softcontrol Co. Ltd, that offers fax server solution, is appointed as Eicon Solution Provider (ESP).
The ETP program, geared towards software developers, and the ESP program, supporting system integrators, promote and support all participating partners to grow their market both locally and internationally. These partners are provided with direct technical, development and marketing support to give them immediate benefit in the home and global markets.

Diva Server is a dedicated range of intelligent adapters designed for voice, fax and remote access applications by allowing real-time processing that integrates with applications to deliver high performance, rich functionality and cost savings. These applications include speech, voice, conferencing, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), payment solutions, remote access (RAS), fax servers and Unified Messaging solutions (UMS). The key advantage here is that different applications can run on any Diva Server card as the whole family has the same application programming interface (API).
