Development PLC and Mr. Goh Choo Han Dennis (4th from right), Senior Executive Vice President, Institutional Banking, and Miss Piyaporn Ratanaprasartporn (3th from right), Senior Vice President, Corporate Banking Team 4 of Bank of Asia PLC, recently signed an agreement worth 1,051 MB to develop “Lumpini Place Narathiwat-Chaopraya” project, a residential condominium comprises 1,306 units, worth 3,500 MB, which had sale volume about 51 percent (as at 1 August 2005).
