Mr. Amnuay Weerawan (the second from right), President of Asia Sermkij Leasing Plc (ASK) which one of the leading firms in the leasing industry that aside from leasing also offers hire purchase and factoring services among others, exchanges contracts with Ms Bee Leng Ooi, managing director of KGI Securities (Thailand) Plc which is the lead underwriter of Asia Sermkij Leasing Plc’s initial public offering (IPO) of 23 million shares priced at 8.90 baht apiece with a Green Shoe option of 3.45 million shares. After trading starts on the Stock Exchange of Thailand the company’s paid-up registered capital will rise to 575 million baht.
