CB Richard Ellis has been appointed as ‘Leasing and Marketing Agent’ for TAIPEI 101, the tallest building in the world.
TAIPEI 101 is the Republic of China (Taiwan)'s most prestigious property and only skyscraper, developed by the Taipei Financial Centre Corporation. With a roof top height of 448 metres, TAIPEI 101 is 6.1 metres higher than the Sears Tower of Chicago and is the world's tallest building with a spire height topping out at 508 metres. The building comprises 198,348 square metres of office space and 74,711 square metres of retail. It is strategically located in the centre of the new business district, Hsin Yi Planned area, call Manhattan of Taipei.
