Following recent successful road shows in Singapore and Hong Kong, Raimon Land Plc, one of Thailand’s leading real estate developers, aims to capitalize on the growing demand by foreign investors and owner-occupiers for its Grade ‘A’ condominiums during the upcoming Thailand International Property Investment Expo 2005 during September 23 — 25 at Central World Plaza.
Commenting on the TIPIE’05, Mr. Nigel Cornick, Raimon Land’s CEO said, “This event will provide an excellent platform for Raimon Land to showcase our company along with our Grade A residential developments in Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket. As the first globally oriented real estate expo to be held in Thailand, TIPIE’05 will bring together real estate investors, buyers, leading financial institutions and key developers. We are very confident that our portfolio of residential condominium developments will meet with much approval from everyone in attendance.”
Mr. Cornick added, “There are several key reasons why our developments are popular with foreign purchasers around the world. The intelligent use of space, design and quality finish of our condominiums, when combined with their convenient locations, afford buyers with a truly rewarding living experience be it in Bangkok or at either of our resort-styled projects in Pattaya and Phuket.”
A major reason for the company’s positive outlook stems from the success of its high-rise Northshore Condominium in Pattaya where nearly half of the development’s 187 freehold units were purchased by overseas buyers. Originally offered to the market last October starting from USD 1,450 per sq. m, the secondary re-sale market at Northshore is already achieving record prices over Baht USD 2,500 per sq. m. Similarly, The Legend Saladaeng has only a few units remaining and it is scheduled for completion in September.
Raimon Land recently unveiled The Lofts Yennakart consisting of 176 freehold condominiums conveniently located next to the heart of Bangkok’s CBD. Scheduled for completion in Q3 2007, The Lofts Yennakart has seen strong interest since its launch to the market only a few weeks ago.
Meanwhile at the company’s low-rise ‘Kata Gardens’ project which overlooks Kata Beach in Phuket, construction is proceeding on schedule and over 50% of development’s 33 freehold units have been sold to both local and overseas buyers. Encouraged by the steady interest in Kata Gardens, Raimon Land plans to unveil The Heights Kata in Q4 of this year. For the future, the company will continue to look for areas for possible developments in Bangkok, Pattaya, Hua Hin and Ko Samui.
