For the first time in Thailand, major high-end real estate developers exhibit their products, ranging from luxury homes and mansions , condominiums, and residential suites at the Thailand International Property Investment Expo 2005 (TIPIE’05), to be held during 23 — 25 September 2005 at the Offices, 45th floor, Central World in Bangkok.
Khunying Chinda Charungcharoenvejj, T.C.M Enterprise Chairman said this is a unique exhibition featuring a one-stop service where potential buyers, developers, as well as financial institutions can meet and discuss needs during the event. To help many potential foreign buyers who may want to buy the property, Bangkok Bank, Thailand’s largest commercial bank has designated its Singapore branch to provide such services to foreigner/buyers.
This will also be the first time for high-end developers to take part in the exhibition. Traditionally, the high-end developers carry their own sales and marketing activities for its product USP. With TIPIE’05 all participating developers do not have to go solo reaching potential customers. It is definitely a good opportunity for all.
While many local projects meet with high quality standard for foreigners to buy, however, because there is no home show that cater for international potential buyers thus became a lost opportunity for local developers, added Khunying Chinda.
There will also be seminars covering investment, property investment law by well-known local and international speakers. Among them includes a presentation on “ Foreign Ownership of Residential Property in Thailand” by Baker McKenzie, “ Financing Property and Foreign Exchange Control Regulations” by Bangkok Bank — Singapore branch, and “The Thai Economy and Real Estate Investment” by Prof. Manop Phongsatat, Chulalongkorn University.
