Bangkok--Sep 29--CB Richard Ellis
The Zuellig Group, an international services, marketing and manufacturing group, celebrates the grand opening of ZUELLIG HOUSE, its premium office building at Number 1 Silom Road.
According to Mr. Peter Zuellig, Executive Director of the Zuellig Group, “The completion of ZUELLIG HOUSE represents Zuellig’s continued commitment to Thailand.”
ZUELLIG HOUSE is a 9-storey development, comprising 5,500 square metres of offices and 1,000 square metres of retail space. The offices are totally separated from the retail area in order to provide atmosphere of exclusivity and quality.
The retail spaces are fully leased to quality retailers, including Au Bon Pain, Bank of Ayudhya, Boots, AIIZ, Vincci, and Earth Star. The tenants at ZUELLIG HOUSE benefit from one of the best retail locations in Bangkok situated at the gateway to Silom Road between the Silom MRT and Saladaeng BTS stations.
There has been strong demand for the office premises and tenants include the Servcorp, a serviced office operator listed on the Sydney Stock Exchange, and Exotissimo, a premier Thai travel company.
The Group appointed CB Richard Ellis as its exclusive marketing agent and property manager to ensure high standards of services are achieved and maintained.
Mr. Zuellig added, “The first ZUELLIG HOUSE was constructed in 1967, setting new standards for office accommodation in Bangkok at the period of time. It provided multinational companies such as IBM and Swissair with first class premises.”
The new ZUELLIG HOUSE represents the latest chapter of Zuellig’s 50-year history in Thailand. The building has been well-designed to reflect a timeless architecture by creating clear-glass facade to provide good natural light to the office space and to get optimum views across Lumpini Park. The layout emphasizes efficient and functional use of space, with 2.7 metre ceiling heights. High-quality specifications match all the needs of a modern business. With its strategic location at Number 1 Silom Road, ZUELLIG HOUSE will continue to be one of the Bangkok’s premier landmarks.”
