"We appreciate the importance of promoting ongoing and more advanced education among our employees as this will give them a chance to improve their knowledge on an equal basis. We are committed to fully promoting this initiative and extending it to include all our stores by the end of this year. Our aim is to boost the quality of our manpower while strengthening internal relations with all our staff ? so this really is a win-win situation," added Nielsen.
