Bangkok--Oct 18--PR Solution
True Corporation Plc, Thailand’s leading communications solutions provider and lifestyle enabler, has joined with Au Bon Pain to provide Wi-Fi services in all its outlets throughout Bangkok, once again reinforcing True’s “Wirefree Lifestyle” concept.
“Thai people’s lifestyles, especially in the urban areas, are changing rapidly in line with new technological developments,” says Dr. Jay Jootar, Assistant Director, Head of Wireless Broadband Services, True Corporation Plc. “In addition to the need for faster Internet connections via broadband, consumers are also beginning to demand wireless services. Being wireless means greater mobility and the freedom to connect anywhere and anytime. Wi-Fi Internet by True is the solution for a wirefree lifestyle and is now also available at all Au Bon Pain outlets around Bangkok.”
Au Bon Pain is an international major bakery cafe chain with more than 200 locations worldwide. These bakery cafe s are conveniently located in office buildings, public sites, and shopping malls.
Au Bon Pain’s “self-service” concept offers a relaxing environment to enjoy breakfast, lunch, an afternoon snack, or dinner. In addition to the new decor, the extra space allows for larger seating areas to encourage longer, lingering stays in the bakery cafe. Whether it is for business or for leisure, customers can now stay connected anytime at Au Bon Pain with Wi-Fi Internet by True.
To celebrate this joint endeavor for a wirefree lifestyle, from October 15 — November 30, 2005, Au Bon Pain customers will receive a free Wi-Fi Internet by True account good for 30 minutes Internet surfing at any Au Bon Pain bakery cafe. As for Wi-Fi Internet by True customers, they will receive a free 8. oz Cafe Roast at any Au Bon Pain outlet upon presentation of their True Wi-Fi sticker or True Wi-Fi prepaid card.
“With this winning combination from Au Bon Pain and True, customers can enjoy the convenience of a meal or snack and still stay connected all in one place,” concluded Dr. Jay.
