Extention the Temporary Prohibition on Net Settlement and Margin Trading for the rights to purchase shares (warrants) of ADKINSON SECURITIES Plc. "ASL-W4"
As the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET)have prohibited members from providing both net settlement trading and margin loans trading for "ASL-W4" ("Company") securities from Oct 5 to Oct 26, 2005 due to its extraordinary changes in both price and volume and the magnitude of these changes might negatively impact the overall market However, such extraordinary changes have still occurred in the "ASL-W4" securities trading.
To prevent such negative repercussions, member firms of the SET are hereby prohibited from providing both net settlement trading and margin loans trading for the Company's securities for the further 30 trading days, from Oct 27 to Dec 8, 2005. End.
