Benito Plasschaert (who always travels with his dynamic wife, Nadya) is internationally acclaimed for his famous pates, terrines and smoked hams and an endless variety of delicious sausages. Since the beginning of his career in the gourmet cuisine arena as the owner of a butcher shop in Belgium, he has won numerous awards for his culinary creations, and each year, he makes an annual visit to The Oriental Hotel Shops to please our palates with his delicious meats.
