Bangkok--Nov 15--Hutchison CAT Wireless MultiMedia
Following the huge success of “Kyocera KZ860 at Bt999” promotion launched this August, Hutch is extending the special price offer to cover two more trendy handset models — which now include ZTE C220 and Curitel CX858C— in its continuing effort to widen its postpaid subscribers base in the country. Postpaid customers whose monthly package starts from Bt899 to Bt1,299 can own any of these three new handsets at Bt999 and enjoy the perks of CDMA network.
Suresh Reddy, Hutch’s Senior Vice President — Marketing, Hutchison CAT Wireless MultiMedia Ltd, said “With the overwhelming response from our customers on the current promotion of Kyocera KZ860, we decided to extend the special offer to two more handset models which we believe will also be attractive to our postpaid customers, with special tariffs and competitive price. This special promotion will not only increase our customer base in CDMA network but it also aims to expand our wireless multimedia services among Thai people.”
Kyocera KZ860 and Curitel CX858C Bt999 will target heavy users at Bt1,299 monthly tariff while those who wish to use lower usage at Bt899 per month can own the newest model ZTE C220 for only Bt999. Hutch also offers special discount price for lower usage users at Bt499 monthly tariff. With Bt499 and Bt899 tariff, customers only have to add 60 or 30 baht/month and they can already enjoy free Hutch-to-Hutch calls. These special packages from Hutch are valid for customers who register today until the 31 December 2005.
Aside from the special tariff and competitive priced handsets, Kyocera KZ860 users can also enjoy one of Hutch’s most popular services — the Navi. This is Thailand’s first and only A-GPS with location-based service technology that pinpoints position on the digital map featured in Hutch CDMA handsets only.
Kyocera KZ860, the ultra slim clam shell unit with tough aluminum body houses basic features that include a 65,536 TFT color display and 40 polyphonic ring tones. Curitel CX858C, on the other hand, offers 65,536 TFT color display, a built-in 330K pixel digital camera and 40 Polyphonic ring tones. ZTE C220C is a clam shell handset that comes with 65,536K color display LCD of 128 x 128 pixels and 12 polyphonic ring tones.
