Raimon Land Pcl and Siemens Intelligent Building Solutions, a unit within Automation and Drives of Siemens Ltd., Thailand, are joining forces to bring the future of home automation to Thailand today. Under the agreement, Siemens will install its customized future proof “Smart Home” solution into Raimon Land’s residential condominium developments throughout Thailand. The partnership between Raimon Land and Siemens was officially announced on Friday November 11, 2005 at the Eighth German Technology Symposium & Exhibition.
Designed for future technologies today with everything at a push of a button, Siemens will provide the infrastructure in all units to create a “Smart Home” offering more convenience, less energy consumption, and greater security.
Siemens’ Smart Home technology allows you to take control of all the electrical functions in your home, enabling you to set your desired mood lighting, check the status of your washing machine, access broadband TV or Internet , check the family electronic whiteboard for messages and set your air conditioning and security system all from the comfort of your armchair. Northshore Pattaya, currently under construction and scheduled for completion in the coming months, is Raimon Land’s first development to incorporate Siemens “Smart Home” technology. Raimon Land’s recently launched ‘The Lofts Yennakart’ will also include the system.
