Chocolate isn‘t just for chocoholics, in the hands of a brilliant chef, it can be used in many ways to enhance savory dishes too. Trader Vic‘s is of course the home of exotic cooking, and during this month our chefs are using chocolate in the most creative of ways. How about a cocoa-rubbed beef carpaccio, served with asparagus or freshly shucked oysters served with a chili and cucumber salsa and a chocolate sorbet? Trader Vic's restaurant and bar is located at the south wing of Bangkok Marriott Resort & Spa. The restaurant offers magnificent views of Bangkok's famous "River of Kings", the Krung Thep bridges, historic river rice barges and all the fascinating panoramic views of river life, as well as Trader Vic's own tropical gardens. Private dining rooms are also available.
