JW Marriott Bangkok’s General Manager - Peter Caprez recently announced the new appointment of Chan Kwok Leung as the new Head Chef at Man Ho — Chinese Restaurant
Chan is a man of taste — superb Cantonese taste. As the new Head Chef, he will be delighted to demonstrate his culinary skills to patrons who want to experience the very best of Cantonese cuisine.
Chan started his career in 1982 in Hong Kong and worked in various Chinese restaurants including the JW Marriott Hong Kong. He traveled to Bangkok in 1992 to preside over the renowned “Dynasty”, a famous Chinese Restaurant in the Central Grand Plaza, for 8 years, winning awards for culinary creativity. He speaks mandarin, Cantonese and Thai, but the most important communications come from the magical skills at his fingertips.
