TA Orange launches its new “Just Talk Fair Fair 3” promotion — offering triple value for every top-up to reinforce its “Best Value, Best Buy” strategy
TA Orange, Thailand’s leading wirefreeTM operator, reinforces its leadership in providing the best value for its Just Talk customers by unveiling its innovative “Just Talk Fair Fair 3” package. Whenever “Fair Fair 3” customers top-up their account for any amount, via any top-up channel, they will receive a total calling credit worth three times the normal value. For example: when topping up 300 baht in their account, customers will get 900 baht total calling credit, and when topping up 50 baht, they will get 150 baht. Customers can sign up for this package from December 13, 2005 until January 31, 2006.

The strength of the “Fair Fair 3” promotion is that customers receive three times the credit for every top-up of any value via any channel (e.g., Mobile Top-Up or top-up card) throughout the promotion period. When topping up, customers will receive the corresponding credit immediately, and will get a “special bonus” double the credit value the following day. The “special bonus” can be used from 6am to 6pm, with calls charged at 3 baht per minute; during this time, beginning from the second minute, calling charges will be deducted from the account’s special bonus. During other times, the calling rate is 3 baht per minute for the first two minutes and 1 baht per minute for the following minutes, and is deducted from the account’s normal credit. New Just Talk customers will also enjoy a 50 baht credit bonus along with 30 days validity. Current Just Talk customers can apply for the new “Fair Fair 3” package by calling 9331, for a fee of 30 baht.
“Our recent customer satisfaction survey shows that customers are clearly more satisfied with our network service in terms of enhanced coverage areas in Bangkok and upcountry, fewer dropped calls, clear voice quality and more reliability for making and receiving calls,” concluded Suphakit.
TA Orange gained 82,000 new subscribers in October, representing 252% more growth than the previous month. Currently, the company has 4.18 million subscribers in total.
