AIS joins force with world class alliances in telecommunication industry in the opening of AIS Future World: Country’s Largest Wireless Communication Innovation Center with over 600 square meter area located on the 4th floor of the Siam Paragon to invite youths and interested persons to experience and experiment on technologies and a broad array of wireless communication device as well as enjoying fascinating experience with Asia’s first 360 degree cinema and expected to be the center for knowledge based activities through Wireless Technology Work Shop throughout the year.

AIS Future World consists of 6 zones;
1. Feeling @ Home displaying technologies that facilitate home to function as the place for recreations, lives and works such as Home security, SOHO Solutions, Push Mail and electronic device and home appliance control, Shopping Online via Buddy Broadband (select and book merchandises and make payment) as well as Telemedicine that stores and transmits data of chronic disease patients through GPRS signal to a receiver at the hospital for blood pressure and oxygen measurement to aid diagnosis and medication without admission.
2. Exhibition Zone facilitating activities and work shop with the foldable stage loading 20-30 people and the shows of latest mobile phone and other communication device.
3. Play Zone for the trial of popular mobile phone games and those not yet available in the market.
4. AIS Vision Zone featuring a mini theater, Asia’s first 360 degree cinema equipped with a 3-meter high screen simulating real atmosphere showing a movie portraying that in the near future wireless technologies will play a key role in your life style and daily life including works and activities.
5. Public Sphere, a relaxing corner for movie audience or walkers to stop by and navigate the Applications through vending machine of mPAY, Contactless technology, shop merchandises, try clip video, image, music and ringtone editing program on mobile phone to jazz up your mobile phone.
6. Envision Zone, a zone designed and prepared to organize and display future wireless communication technologies such as 3G, WiMAX and Mobile TV Broadcasting that, after receiving permission and operations, will depict the services evolving in the age of 3G such as VDO Call, Streaming, data hi-speed, VDO Sharing and Online game along with the 3G mobile phone show with the lower zone to provide advice on equipment setting and information on technology.
