Maupintour, LLC is pleased to announce that, effective today, it has been acquired by Extraordinary Vacations Group USA, Inc., a Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based organization. Maupintour joins their family of travel companies that includes Cruise Shoppes, Attach? Concierge Services, Trip Professionals and Travel Magazine T.V. Shows. This purchase will allow Maupintour to continue providing its world-renowned luxury products through the various channels that are part of Extraordinary Vacation's numerous divisions.
Jeff Cohen, president of Maupintour, LLC, who will remain with the company under a multi-year employment contract, said "Maupintour is pleased with our new association, as it will allow us to continue our growth and will increase our ability to provide travelers with unique products of an exceptional caliber. We will also gain additional distribution channels and will have access to greater resources, allowing us to provide even better customer service to our clients worldwide."
Maupintour's current staff will continue to operate its Summerlin, Nevada and Lawrence, Kansas offices without interruption. Although Maupintour will no longer be a member of USTOA, it will continue to provide the high standards of customer privacy and protection Maupintour clients have received over the last 55 years.
