Oh-My-God Season’s Greetings at BED SUPPERCLUB with DJ Charles Schillings
Saturday December 31st 2005
BED SUPPERCLUB and Chivas Regal proudly present a New Year’s Eve with fashionably fabulous DJ Charles Schillings, one of the fashion world’s most sought after DJs, and one of the biggest names in Electronica and acid jazz, who will be at BED SUPPERCLUB, on Saturday December 31, 2005, 10pm onwards for the unique festive seasonal party.
Whether it's in Paris' huge Bercy stadium in front of 17,000 people, or clubs in Jakarta, Tokyo, London or New York, everyone falls under the charm of the Schillings sound. Charles Schillings has been mixing his special brand of house in the prestigious clubs around the world for 15 years now, mixing melodic and eclectic funky sounds with soul, jazz and groovy influences.
After a dozen successful 12" releases, a series of mix CDs (Overground House), and a string of remixes, he released his first album in early 2002, "Its' About...".. Charles had become a mainstay of the French electronic music scene.
Charles' charm has proven to conquer the world of fashion when he was invited to exclusively soundtrack Karl Lagerfeld's catwalk shows (Karl also took the album's cover shot), has appeared in ads for Yves Saint Laurent's perfume "Jazz", and played special parties for Calvin Klein, Louis Vuitton, Chopard and Armani.
His latest compilation is HUGO BOSS, Paris by Hugo Boss, released in May 2005. Charles is with no doubt the fashion DJ par excellence.
