Thai Airways International Public Company Limited’s Head Office, Mr.Wanchai Sarathulthat, THAI’s Chairman and Chairman of the President Selection Committee said that resulting from a meeting of the company’s President Selection Committee, the Committee approved to extend the deadline for the final application submission from December 30, 2005 to a new date of January 20, 2006 in order to provide the opportunity for other potential candidates to apply for THAI’s new President position under the initial conditions and regulations.

THAI will announce the preliminary qualified applicants by January 30, 2006 at the Headquarters and preliminary qualified applicants will be invited for interview from February 6, 2006 through February 10, 2006. Non-attendance will be regarded as withdrawal.
The Company reserves the right to consider and select the appropriate applicants/candidates as deemed justified. The decision of the President Selection Committee is considered final. End.
