Unveil new policies of DTAC Shop for 2006.
Total Access Communication Plc (DTAC) today officially opens the newest DTAC Service Center at Siam Paragon. It is the 23rd service center with most modern-look, state of the art and innovative concept, reflecting the company’s effort to move to the next level of customer services operation.
Mr Sunti Medhavikul, Chief Customer Officer of DTAC, says it has always been the major policy of DTAC to differentiate itself from competitors, especially in terms of customer services. Last year, DTAC had overhauled the operation of DTAC Call Center by integrating the call center number into 1678, making it easy for customers to remember and contact for any assistance. It also recruited 500 new call center staff to strengthen operation and enhance service quality. At present, DTAC has nearly 1,500 call center staff that can serve more than 8.7 million customers nationwide, around the clock.
For the inauguration of the newest DTAC Service Center at Siam Paragon, DTAC has invited 75 top users of DTAC mobile phone to join the event so they can keep abreast of the latest DTAC’s innovations. The event is also to thank them for being loyal customers.
Over the years, DTAC has constantly focused on delivering high quality and reliable services, coupled with innovative and fair packages that fit the demand if each customer segment both corporate and general customers.
Mr Sunti says, in 2006, the company plans to renovate all DTAC shops to create more lively and modern atmosphere yet under the efficient concept of ‘one-stop shop,’ allowing customers to get integrated services such as paying for phone bills, fixing handsets, or making any enquiries with staff all in one place.
Within January this year, it will complete the renovation of 10 DTAC shops including five shops in Bangkok at Siam Square, Lotus Sukhumwit 50, Center One at Victory Monument, The Mall Ngam Wong Wan and Central Ram Indra; and five branches in Had Yai, Udon Thani, Robinson Ratchaburi, Na Klua in Chon Buri and Carrefour in Chiang Mai.
