Home Builders Association with the full support from 18 corporate membersfeatures NEWS Home builder #1 highlighting Suvarnabhumi Zone during Jan 27and Feb 1, 2006 to stimulate the market demand early in 2006. The attempt is staged to be in line with the new opening of Suvarnabhumi InternationalAirport. The function will be held at Central Bangna and will embrace many promotional campaigns including giving away 1 to 5 Baht golden necklace.This will more or less stimulate the home builders market grownth.
Mr. Pramote Thirakul, the president of Home Builders Association discloses that the function will help spread the news to consumers about the home building services and to steer the growth with a clear direction. This complies with the objectives of the association. In 2006, the associations plan to have many actitivities to support the objectives beginning with NEWS Home Builder #1 - Suvarnabhumi Zone. The function will take place during Jan 27 to Feb 1, 2006 at Bangna Hall, Central Bangna. There will booth displays from 18 corporate members highliging the products and services. The function will serve as a venue where people who decide to buy houses of their own can make a final decision about how they want their house built. The market will be alert about the available products and services expecially for those who live in closeby provinces such as Chachoengsao and Chonburi. The function is the effort to help continue market growth as a whole.
This function is aimed at releasing news to general customer group and target group to understand the home builders service and will stimulate the market demand early in 2006. The association plans to have the function of this type again this year; one of which will cater to people living in Bangkok and nearby provinces especially Suvarnbhumi roundabouts and the east of Bangkok, an the other function will be held in mid August 2006 to feature overall market coverage.
Mr. Pramote further adds that the 6 day function will take place the same time as the Chinese New Year Festival; so, the giving away of gifts and souvenirs are for the sake of the festival as well. Firstly, the participants who register and attend can get lucky charm souvenir to support their luck and
respectfulness. Secondly, everyone who registers will also get a chance to win 50 Satang and 1 Baht golden necklace. The lucky draw will bee held on Feb 1, 2006. Thirdly, those who book the home building services and sign the construction contract with participating companies will get a chance to win a lucky draw prizes which will include2, 3 and 5 baht gold necklace.
Moreover, the association has printed out a book featuring 100 Best Sellers home designs of participating companies to sell at NEWS Home Builder #1. The 30% discount will be offered to lucky participants. On top of this, Siam Commercial Bank PLC and real estate media will also participate in this event. Entertainment activities as well as knowledge about house (by Ajarn Ekapong Tritrong) will be aired on BANN YU SABAI program on TTV 1 (Nation Channel) on Sat, Jan 28 and Sun, Jan 29 during 15.00 and 18.00
