K-Tech Construction Publlc Company Limited("K-Tech") today announced that the Company had been awarded the Marriot Courtyard Hotel Project by Erawan Rajdamri Company Limited.
Located at Rajadmri Road, in the hear of Bangkok, the Marnot Courtyard Hotel, compreses a 16 storey five star hotel of approximately 25,000 square meters and is expected to be completed in the first quater of 2007. K-Tech in its announcement to the Stok exchange of Thailand stated that the base contract value was Baht 388 million(excluding VAT). The Marriot Courtyard Holel Project rerecets the second major project undertaken by K-Tech for companles within the Erawan Group, the previous project beling the Hyatt Spa(Hua Hin) Project which is currently under construction.
"We are delinghted that the Erawan Group have selected K-Tech as the main contractor for the execution of the Marrot Courtyard Hotel Project", said Dominic Der Kevorkina, Managing Diretor of K-Tech.
K-Tech have continued in 2006 where the Company left off in 2005 by continuing to secure high profile projects for blue chip clients
