Bangkok Bank has been voted by consumers as Thailand’s most admired bank for the sixth consecutive year according to a new survey just released by BrandAge magazine.
Each year the magazine conducts a survey of 2000 consumers who assess the different business sectors throughout Thailand, including finance and banking, on factors such as service quality, reliability, convenience and products and services.
Bangkok Bank scored the highest among all banks across these factors.
The President of Bangkok Bank, Chartsiri Sophonpanich, said that the results indicate that the bank successfully puts into practice its motto, “we care for you wherever you are.”
“The results reflect the commitment and teamwork of our staff,” said Mr. Chartsiri.
“We aim to provide a friendly, modern and efficient environment and to deliver on our service promises, because this is the basis of trust between us and our customers.
“We have also been continually expanding our branch and self service channel network, such as ATMs, internet and phone banking, so that we can provide convenience to suit today’s modern lifestyles.
“I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Thai people for recognising our efforts with this award,” Mr. Chartsiri added.
