Mistral proudly unveils the Valentine’s special 5-course dinner for two beginning with an appitizer of Neapolitan Mushroom Soup or Scallops with uni Butter and Pickled Carrots which are light and healthy because Mistral’s chefs use the finest fat-free scallops which are combined with a delightful sauce. Continuing with the concept of ‘fresh-light-healthy’, Mistral has created three alternative main dishes which have all been tested by gormets; Braised Osso bucco, Organic Kuro buta bone-in Rib Eye Pork Chop with Fennel and Apple Crochette or Pan Served Wild Striped Hami — Hami with Crust Slow Roasted which is a fresh fish specially grilled for a full flavour experience. The seductive selction concludes with Chocolate Cream with Cherry and Pistachio as dessert. These menus definitely make Valentine’s a very special and romantic occasion.
