4.5 million. To celebrate this important milestone of its name change to True
Move, the company is giving away 20 hours of free Internet access to all its
subscribers nationwide worth over Baht 600 million in total. This offer is valid
from now until March 15, 2006 and is applicable for both existing and new
customers. To get their free Internet access, subscribers can simply send an SMS
with the word ‘true’ to 9088.

value services to our customers. For True Move PrePay subscribers, we have
introduced a special and flexible promotion based on their talk behavior. For
those who make short calls, we are offering Baht 0.25 for the first minute, 24
hours a day, and then Baht 1.50 per minute for subsequent minutes, plus there will
be no monthly commitments. Furthermore, they will receive a bonus worth Baht 600
of free calls (call free for Baht 30 per month for 20 months). As for our
customers who make longer calls, we offer a Baht 0.25 package with the rate of
Baht 1.50 per minute for subsequent minutes, and all without monthly commitments.
