CEO of SETTRADE.Com Ms. Chanisa Chutipat announced that SETTRADE’s website, www.settrade.com, received the ‘Truehits.net Web Award 2005’ from the Government Information Technology Services (GITS), the owner of ‘Truehits’. www.settrade.com remained the Most Visited Finance Site in the ‘Banking-Finance’ category for the 3rd year in a row.
SETTRADE’s website has received the Truehits award annually since 2003, out of a field of 134 websites in the ‘Banking-Finance’ category in 2005. Furthermore, when compared with the more than 8,000 sites in Thailand, settrade.com ranked 39th.
“In addition to its Internet trading service, stock prices, other useful investment information and listed companies’ news, SETTRADE has been developing its portfolio management features by adding more user-friendly graphic presentations and keeping the site’s content up-to-date. That’s why our website has maintained its popularity and attractiveness,” Ms. Chanisa said.
Content supplied by several other organizations, e.g., the Securities Analysts Association, securities companies, Bank of Thailand, Energy Planning and Policy Office and Gold Traders Association of Thailand were key to SETTRADE’s being chosen Thailand’s No. 1 finance site and its 39th most popular site.
Ms. Chanisa went on; “This award proves that www.settrade.com is beneficial and responsive to investors. We’ll constantly develop our website to serve more users, with improvements in both content and web services. The derivatives information will be added to our website in H2/2006. Thus, settrade.com will truly be Thailand’s best investment site.”
