Mr. Charn Srivikorn (Right), Chairman, and Mr. Fafuen Temboonkiat (Left), Managing Director of Gaysorn Property Co., Ltd., the developer of Domus, a grade A condominium project on Sukhumvit Soi 16-18, recently presided over the Topping-out Ceremony on the 12th floor of the Domus Tower B.
Domus comprises 2 buildings, housing 104 two-four bedroom condominium units and penthouses. The construction progress is on schedule, with almost 100% of the building structure completed. The M&E and architectural work are currently being undertaken. Overall, more than 60% of the whole project has been finished and it is due to be handed over to condominium owners in mid 2006. Domus has received a very good response from purchasers, with only a few units available.
