Bangkok Bank will cut floating rates by 25 basis points for home loan customers who sign up for a new home loan at the Bank’s ‘Full House’ booth at the Home Buyers Guide Fair 2006, from March 17-19, at the Impact Arena Hall, Impact Muangthong Thani Exhibition Centre.
Bangkok Bank Executive Vice President for Consumer Banking, Mrs. Ruchanee Nopmuang, said the Bank’s ‘Full House’ booth would provide customers with a one-stop-shop for home loans, ensuring that buying a new home was as easy as possible.
“We are offering competitive deals with low interest rates to all new homebuyers who sign up for a home loan at the Fair,” she said.
“At the Fair, the Bank will offer home loans with four interest rate options; a one-year fixed rate loan at a low 4%, and a two-year fixed rate at 5% for the first year and 6% for the second year. The third option is a floating rate of MLR-1.5% for two years. The fourth option will be MLR-1.75% for the first year, MLR-1% for the second year and MLR-0.5% for the third year. After the fixed term we will also offer floating mortgage rates of MLR-25 basis points, which is at a discount to the normal borrowing rates,” Mrs. Ruchanee said.
“We will also waive all the appraisal and administration fees for customers who take out a Bualuang Home Loan at the Fair. Customers can also borrow additional amounts for mortgage insurance or the Bank’s ‘Home First’ bancassurance, completing our ‘Full House’ of products and services,” she concluded.
