A most sensible indulgence! Japanese Master Chef Hiroshi Kagata recommends succulent and freshest Japanese flavours overflow in spring:
1. Japanese Live Lobster : recommendations are Japanese Live Lobster Sashimi and Teppan Grilled
2. Kobe Fillet Beef Steak : typically cooked is Teppan grilled or pan-fried with Japanese sauce
3. Japanese Blue Fin Tuna : recommendations are Sashimi or thin sliced on steam rice
4. Scallop : recommendations are Grilled Scallop in its shell or Steamed Scallop served with ginger soy sauce
5. Spring Vegetable: recommendations are Bamboo shoots and Wakame seaweed in clear soup, Deep fried spring asparagus and Parma ham with tartar sauce and Spring Vegetable Tempura
