Company Expands Network of Warranty Service Centres for Resellers and End Customers Across the Country Customers Now Conveniently Have 21 Locations in Thailand to Receive Warranty Service
Western Digital, a leading global hard drive manufacturer, today announced the expansion of its warranty service program in Thailand, called the WD Extreme Service Program, whereby end customers and resellers can receive in-warranty service on WD hard drives from any of the 21 designated WD Service Centres across the country. This new service is another component of WD’s long term plans to provide customers superior service in Thailand and to grow its presence in the country.
Under the WD Extreme Service Program, in the event of a drive failure, customers can bring their in-warranty WD drives to any of the 21 Service Centres throughout Thailand and receive their replacement WD drives. The service is available on all in-warranty WD drives sold through WD’s authorized distribution channel in Thailand. The service centres are operated by A & L Computer Co., Ltd. and Synnex (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
According to Margaret Koh, WD Director of Sales, Asia South, the WD Extreme Service Program is the result of WD’s continuous focus on the needs of Thailand customers. “WD is a leading hard drive supplier both globally and in Thailand. The new service program makes it extremely convenient, simple and swift for our customers to receive high-level service and support from WD, complimenting our high quality products. With our distribution partners, we have established an efficient service network that will deliver great value to our customers in Thailand,” added Ms. Koh.
