The Rice Mill restaurant — Five Flavors fresh from the Sea
Chinese Executive Chef, Yiu Chi Chow has created a special a la carte menu by adding five flavors, all fresh from the sea to Rice Mill menu throughout the month of June.
His five flavors includes:
King Crab-Twice Boiled Bamboo Pith Stuff Alaskan King Crab with Dried Scallop; King Crab with Pomelo Scented with Chinese Spices
Abalone-Steamed Abalone Stuffed Shrimps with Oyster Sauce; Stir Fried Abalone Sliced with Crab Meat Sauce and Shrimp Roe
Oyster-Stir Fried Pacific Oysters with Black Bean Sauce; Crispy Fried Oysters in Chinese Batter with Sweet and Sour Sauce
Baked Sea Bass with Noodle Egg in Clay Pot; Deep Fried Sea Bass with Garlic Sauce
Salmon-Wok Fried Salmon with Asparagus Spears in XO Sauce; Chili Salted Salmon with Dipping Sauce.
The Rice Mill, an authentic Chinese restaurant designed by Abacus Design Company, located on North Wing of the resort. Currently serving a Baht 410 per person special “All-You-Can-Eat” Dim Sum lunch from Mondays to Fridays and a Baht 520 per person for Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays which features Dim Sum Brunch Buffet. Enjoy wonderful Asian tastes cooked in clay pot together with Thai classic dance show by the river at Riverside Terrace throughout this month.
A great location faces the river, Riverside Terrace where you can find a superb selection of foods in a relaxing setting with nice cool breezes. This month our chefs will add more special menus cooked in clay pot such as Double Boiled Chicken with Chinese Herb; Braised Fish Fillet with Chinese Herb in Brown Sauce; Baked Shrimps in Chinese Wine and Gin Sang; Stir Fried Mixed Vegetables and Hair Sea weed and more.
The price for buffet is Baht 1,100 per person for all you can eat including BBQ seafood from the largest buffet in town with live Thai classical dance shows. (Prices is subject to tax and service charge) The restaurant opens daily from 18:00-22:30 hrs.
