Bangkok Bank is offering low interest rates plus discounts on selected residential and commercial properties at its special property sale to be held at Money Expo 2006. The Bangkok Bank Property Sale is the first time that a bank has held such a sale in conjunction with the four day financial services fair.
Bangkok Bank’s Property Department Manager, Ms. Krongthong Karunyanaratorn, said with interest rates on the rise, the property sale at Money Expo is an excellent opportunity for anyone, especially new home buyers, to purchase one of the many discounted properties the bank has to offer.
“Bangkok Bank will offer discounts off the normal property price and special interest rates on over 1,000 properties in every category, including houses, condominiums, townhouses, commercial buildings and land, throughout the duration of Money Expo 2006,” Ms. Krongthong said.
“With the current upward pricing trends in the new housing market, Bangkok Bank’s second-hand properties offer great value for money and homebuyers will be able to protect themselves from the risk of rising interest rates by taking out one of the Bank’s special fixed rate home loans.
“Bangkok Bank has so many discounted properties to suit everyone that we have set up a special property sales centre in Zone C of the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre.
