Thai Beverage Public Company Limited (“ThaiBev”), the leading producer of beer and spirits in Thailand, has today lodged its preliminary prospectus with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (the “MAS”). ThaiBev had earlier received its “eligibility-to-list” letter from Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the “SGX-ST”).
